Wake Up Within is a 4 month program. We meet on zoom once per week for about an hour, however I don't work by the hour, I work by the transformation. You will never feel like I am checking the clock, because change isn't measured by time.

Wake Up Within is especially powerful for those navigating PMDD. While I don’t treat symptoms directly, I guide you through the Wake Up Within™ method- a personalized, 1:1 process that helps you rewire the emotional chaos beneath the surface. Over 4 months, we meet weekly on Zoom to unravel ruminating thoughts, rebuild nervous system safety, release stored trauma, and reconnect you with a calmer, more harmonious relationship to your cycle and self. Many clients begin to feel more in control of their emotions, more connected to their body, and less overwhelmed by the intensity they once thought was unchangeable. You don’t need a diagnosis to know something feels off. This work isn’t about masking pain- it’s about transforming the emotional roots that created it.

Understanding we have a mental body, emotional body, and spirit- we can understand therapy often focuses on mental processing and coping strategies; (The mental body). My work is deep into the emotional body, the nervous system, and energetic layers of SELF. We are cleansing and releasing what no longer serves you from the inside out. We go much deeper than the thinking mind- the one with all the judgments and opinions.

I work with the soul, I am more interested in alignment than gender. I have women & men clients and I genuinely appreciate the people I work with. The process is different for each individual and I personalize it to meet each clients needs.

Not at all. You do not have to have it all figured out, in fact sometimes what we believe is our trauma is only surface level clarity. I'm able to connect to your pain and guide you to release it- even without understanding it

Absolutely! Whether you are seeking to get more clear on manifesting, the chakra system, yoga, and consciousness- I am such a nerd for all of these and you can learn as much as you want. There are no limits to self-growth, only the ones placed in our mind can stop us.
